Shipping policy

Delivery of The Hard Bed™ Mattress is included at no extra cost to most locations across Canada. Please note that we can only deliver to a physical street address. We do not deliver to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Labrador at this time.

Unless otherwise noted, all products listed on our website are eligible for free courier delivery to most locations across Canada.

We primarily use Canpar, FedEx, Purolator and UPS. Occasionally, we will also ship via LTL truck freight if courier shipping is unavailable or extraordinarily expensive.

Our Calgary warehouse operates Tuesday through Saturday. Orders are picked up by our shipping partners Tuesday through Friday. The cut-off time for an order to ship the next business day (excluding Mondays) is 3:00 p.m. MT.

To give your order the best chance of leaving our Calgary warehouse before the weekend, we recommend placing it by Thursday at 3:00 p.m. MT. Any orders received after 3:00 p.m. MT on Thursdays through to 3:00 p.m. MT on Mondays will ship out the following Tuesday.
