Shipping policy

Delivery of The Hard Bed™ Mattress is included at no extra cost to most locations across Canada. Please note that we can only deliver to a physical street address. We do not deliver to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Labrador at this time.

Unless otherwise noted, all products listed on our website are eligible for free courier delivery to most locations across Canada.

We primarily use Canpar, FedEx, Purolator and UPS. Occasionally, we will also ship via LTL truck freight if courier shipping is unavailable or extraordinarily expensive.

Our shipping partners pick up orders from our Alberta stores and warehouses Monday through Friday. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 10 AM Mountain Time are dispatched the same business day.

To give your order the best chance of leaving our Alberta stores and warehouses before the weekend, we recommend placing it by Thursday at 3:00 p.m. MT. Any orders received after 3:00 p.m. MT on Thursdays will likely leave our facilities on the following Monday.
