Refund policy

Hard Bed wishes to ensure that you know your mattress is brand new and has never been slept on. For this reason, once the mattress is removed from the original cardboard carton, it is no longer eligible for return.

Ultimately, this is an extremely firm mattress, and it should only be purchased if you're seeking a very firm level of comfort.

If it's too hard, simply add a topper. Our parent company offers a variety of mattress toppers. There is also a large selection of toppers on Amazon.

Online bed-in-a-box style mattresses have a return rate of around 20%. This means these online mattress sellers must build this extra cost into their prices and pass it on to everyone who purchases a mattress from them. 

Our use of high-resiliency foam and two-sided construction means the manufacturing cost of Hard Bed is much higher than that of typical bed-in-a-box mattresses. Avoiding the need to add extra markup for a trial period is necessary so we may offer Hard Bed at a competitive price.

Your Hard Bed mattress is covered by the manufacturer's 10-year limited warranty. Returns authorized as a part of the warranty process are separate from our standard return policy.
